Returns & Refund Policy

At Istanbul Styles, every piece is inspected before it leaves our atelier. Because our garments are prepared individually for each customer, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, however, stand fully behind the quality of what we send you.

14-Day Quality Claim Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a quality issue. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

What We Cover — Quality Issues

  • Item arrives defective or damaged
  • Wrong item received (wrong colour dispatched, wrong style, or components missing)

If any of the above applies to your order, we will make it right at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered — Change of Mind

  • Ordered the wrong size or colour
  • No longer want the item
  • Personal preference or expectation of fit, shade, or styling

Please review the size guide and product photos carefully before ordering, as these cases cannot be accepted.

How to Submit a Quality Claim

  1. Email support@istanbulstyles.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with the resolution.

Please do not ship any item back before receiving written instructions from us. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Resolution of Approved Claims

Once a quality claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item where available, or a full refund including shipping. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or amended only before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. As sizing is not covered under our quality claim policy, we strongly recommend comparing these measurements against a garment you already own before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and our team will help you choose the right size.
