## Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

**Free standard shipping** is automatically applied to all orders of **$150.00 USD or more**.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing (for international orders), carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

## Order Fulfillment & Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one shipping location depending on the products purchased. **If your order includes items from different product lines, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.** We'll email you tracking information for every shipment as soon as it's available — rest assured, this does not mean anything is wrong with your order.

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

## International Orders

We're happy to ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:
